Born June 7, 1981 in Achinsk.
He studied at the Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University, the History Department, specializing in history, political science. His major research interests: Archaeology of Siberia and Central Asia, the economic history of the Soviet Union of the Soviet period, in particular, the history of industrialization.
