"Ilbek" - means in Khakas great. Accordingly, "Ilbek Siberia" - means "Great Siberia". This title expresses my desire to ensure that Siberia has become a great and got a large role in the world.
Site "Ilbek Siberia" combines the features of personal and socio-political site. On the one hand, it contains articles and publications written by me since 2004, and most of them collected in the section of Archive. Also contains some manuscripts, for various reasons have not found the publication, the most successful blog entries, interviews and appearances on radio and television. But on the other hand, my old articles and new publications that appear on the site, devoted to, in essence, the same theme - the development of the vast region, covering a large part of Eurasia, which includes Siberia, Kazakhstan and Central Asia, the Far East China, Northeast Asia, the Arctic. I did not limit himself to one particular theme. Because the site will be a variety of publications on economic, political, social, cultural, linguistic, international and other problems. Development on the future has a significant place, in particular, with regard to the future of Siberia and Kazakhstan. So, Isen polzyn Ilbek Siberia!
